The lobby is very large, offering a number of shops and plentiful seating.

It is a vast Edwardian building in traditional style for its era, and very imposing from the outside.

The hotel's main restaurant is decorated in a modern style with attractive light wood furnishings. The hotel also offers a bar and a juice bar.

Club rooms offer superior facilities and amenities than standard rooms. These include robes, mineral water and state of the art TV system providing Blockbuster movies and audio CD's on demand, broadband internet access plus wi-fi capabilities. As this hotel is so large guests will find a floor plan when they exit the lifts to help them find their room.
