roomsThis striking room imaginatively blurs the line between baroque and modern,structure and space, extravagance and simplicity. Designed without interior walls, layers of sheer curtains allow you to conceal or reveal different spaces as you desire. On each bed there is a hand-made pashmina which is for sale should you wish to purchase it. The bathrooms are shower only.The partition wall between the bathroom and bedroom is glass. The bathrooms consist of a glass sink, glass shelves and a glass wardrobe with a white curtain Ingenious design touches reflect the whimsical aesthetic of Philippe Starck, including a rug inspired by Voltaire's handwriting and soothing landscape scenes that are hung, unexpectedly, on the ceiling. Every detail embodies thoughtful luxury,including entertainment on demand, Egyptian cotton linens and sumptuous bath products from agua by Korres. All standard rooms are 300 sqft/27.87 sqm
restaurantThe Sanderson's restaurant is called Suka. It offers modern authentic Malaysian cuisine prepared with European sensibility. exteriorIt is a large modern building dating from the 1960s with very large windows. The hotel does not have its name over the door the way other properties tend to.
lobbyThe lobby is a large open plan area. The hotel has been designed by Phillipe Stark, a famous designer. The flooring is light wood and the walls and windows are covered in white voile curtains. On entering there is a large red sofa, in the shape of a pair of lips, designed by Salvador Dali. The furniture is very abstract - mostly wooden carved chairs imported from Africa. There are also several gold chairs with carved swan arms.
generalThe hotel has a 10,000 square-foot agua spa in London provides pampering,spiritual relief, and tranquility to all who enter. A dazzling array of rejuvenating treatments combining the best of ancient and modern techniques are offered.
