The restaurant is located on the ground floor. Leading on from the lobby is a traditional lounge, where afternoon tea is served, leading on from the lounge is the bar, and to the left the very traditional restaurant with the atmosphere of a gentlemen's club, being furnished with heavy furniture. Due to its proximity to Parliament it is frequented by many ministers.

It is a traditional and impressive sandstone building.

The large lobby is laid out with marble and features a small seating area in front of an open fire with a lounge area decorated in pastel colours and comfortable sofas.
