The large lobby is tiled with polished tiles, it features a long wooden reception desk and along the window front is a comfortable seating area which also features a white grand piano. The lobby is decorated in a modern style with a warm colour scheme.

The hotel has two restaurants, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor, both are very tastefully furnished and decorated. The rooftop restaurant offers beautiful views and a dance area with a grand piano.

All the rooms are spacious and well furnished with views over Kensington High Street and also to Kensington Palace Mews and Gardens. Rooms are equipped with CD and DVD players, mini-bar, interactive TV, video on demand, computer games and jukebox! Bathrooms are furnished and maintained to the same high standard as the bedroom.
