lobbyThe lobby is small, but very luxurious, with a grey marble floor, antique furniture, gold framed mirrors and beautiful chandeliers.
exteriorThe hotel is a traditional building which benefitted from major refurbishment recently so looks very smart.
restaurantThe main restaurant is a lovely high-ceilinged room with palm trees and a raised seating area from which diners can look out over the whole room. The hotel's world famous 'Palm Court' is central London's only remaining regular afternoon tea dance venue.
roomsThe rooms are small to medium, but in exceptional condition. The decor is typical, classic Edwardian style, with warm colour schemes, chandelier lighting and many rooms benefit from balconies. The bathrooms are very spacious and in very good condition.
