The hotel is located in the suburbs of Lille in a new business park area. The hotel can however be reached easily from the city centre without a car, as the underground station "4 Cantons" is about 15 minutes away by foot.
rooms
The property has been built in the course of 2004, so all bedrooms and bathrooms are still fairly new and in excellent condition. Being an apartment hotel, the type of accommodation for all guests will be a 40-square meters apartment. These later are more spacious than studios, as they have a bedroom separated from a lounge area containing a fully equipped kitchen. There are also modern amenities such as TV, DVD player, safe. The bedrooms are decorated in a stylish modern style with the use of warm colours for a cosy feel.
restaurant
There is no restaurant in the hotel but each bedrooms have a fully equipped kitchen and the guests are able to buy such items as ready meals or pizzas from the reception.

This is a newly built modern building with its own enclosed free parking.
lobby
The lobby is large, an atrium of 700 square meters around which bedrooms are located on 3 floors. The lobby is decorated with olive trees and there is a comfortable lounge area.
general
This is quite a striking modern hotel, which is highly recommended to guests who do not mind staying slightly outside the city centre. Your stay includes an extensive hot buffet breakfast served in the hotel's atrium. This being an apartment hotel property the cleaning of the bedrooms is done three times a week, as apposite to every day in an hotel. However guests will enjoy the added benefit of a fully equipped kitchen, a television with DVD player and ulimited internet connection, among other facilities. The hotel accepts small size dogs with a deposit of 500 euros on arrival, which will be returned on departure providing there is no damage in the room. 0308VG
