The hotel was a orginally a country house and retains many of the original features as if it will still a private residence set in it's own grounds.

The boasts one of the finest restaurants in the city with it's fine dining restaurant overlooking the extensive gardens serving fresh local produce.

Each of the rooms are tastefully funished and have more of the feel of staying in a luxurious private residence than a corporate city hotel.
