locationThe ancient capital in Japan for over 1000 years, Kyoto remains the most
historically important city in Japan. This ryokan is centrally located in
Kyoto, and the surrounding areas have many famous temples, historic sites and
places of scenic beauty.
roomsThe rooms are Japanese style rooms with private bath and no beds. By day, the
rooms are furnished with a low table and zabuton floor cushions on Japanese
straw tatami mats. There is also a sitting area with armchairs and a coffee
table. By night, the room is transformed with Japanese futons into a sleeping
area.
generalThe public bath is available for staying guest from late afternoon to evening. In addition, at the artificial hot spring foot bath in outside terrace, guests are able to relieve the day's fatigue for sightseeing, strolling in the old city. This ryokan is a perfect choice for leisure travellers due to its lively area and accessible location as well as traditional Japanese cultural experience with unique facilities.
