Deluxe business rooms are medium sized and of good quality, and in good condition. Bathrooms are new and very clean. Every rooms is fitted with modern furniture and are very clean.

Rain-sun Chinese Restaurant located in the second floor, and provides both Cantonese cuisine and local snacks.

It is a modern building with a small car park, and is pleasing to the eye.

The lobby is large in size and is well furnished though and not uncomfortable.
