Family Room consists of 1 queen + double bunk beds. Maximum is 4 persons including children. All rooms are air-conditioned with clean & simple decor, featuring refrigerator (unstocked as guests are free to put their own drinks and foods), Cable TV with over 30 international channels and 24-hour movie channels (free of charge), balcony or terrace (mostly overlook the central pool), IDD phone, personal safety box, hair dryer and an electric jug for coffee/ tea making.

Febri's Hotel is centrally located at Jalan Kartika Plaza, South Kuta Beach. The area with Discovery Mall, Waterbom Park, Kuta Centre and Kuta Square, has become the shopping mecca of Bali. As well, there are many DVD stores, food stalls, tattoo parlours, paintings, handicrafts, clothing and sarong stores, all with very reasonable prices. Jalan Kartika Plaza has become a centre of attraction for mid market shopping with new shopping facilities, many new restaurants and family entertainments.

In line with hotel's commitment to social responsibility, hotel has taken several measurements in energy & electricity conservation. Eventhough normal check-in time is at 2 PM, all guests are required to submit arrival time / flight detail to ensure air-condition is already on, room is readily cool and fresh flowers are well prepared before check-in. Otherwise room will only be made available after 6pm, air condition is not yet on and fresh flowers are not yet prepared either.
