It is very large with palatial splendour. It is furnished in black granite and with a huge chandelier and a fountain in the centre; it gives a grand and majestic feel.
exterior
'Istana' means 'palace' in Malay. Just as the name tells, the outlook of the hotel looks like a small white palace with black tinted glass panes.

The guests have a choice of Chinese, Japanese, Italian or local cuisine to choose from.
