generalKushiro is a gate city that opens to travelers taking trips to the eastern part of Hokkaido such as Kussharo, Lake Masyu, Lake Akan and Nemuro City; all located within approximately 120km diameters.
lobbyThe lobby is medium in size. The atrium in lobby stretches as high as two-storey. There are several sitting spaces.
exteriorIt is a modern 18-storey building, with yellow and grey in color.
restaurantThe hotel serves three restaurants and 1 lounge bar. The restaurant on ground floor provides light meals throughout the day including daily buffet breakfast. 'Teppanyaki', Japanese barbecue restaurant "Fuji" and bar lounge "Begins" are all located on the 18th floor, the top of the building.
roomsAll rooms are medium in size and keep in good condition. Some of them provide magnificent city view, and some are facing Kushiro Port. They are equipped with modern room facilities. It is required some special modem to access internet from guest rooms, The modem is provided by the hotel reception (number of modems is limited). The bathroom is clean and kept in good condition.
locationThe hotel is located in the city centre and stands along Kushiro River near Kushiro Port. It takes about 5 minutes by taxi and 15 minutes by walk from JR Kushiro Station. From the Kushiro Tancho Airport, there are airport shuttle services to Kushiro city centre and it takes about 40 minutes to "Kushiro Fisherman's Wharf MOO" which is one of famous shopping and dining area and right next to the hotel. It is 40 minutes drive to The Kushiro Marshland National Park, the largest wetlands of 27,000 hectare and the first protected area in Japan by the Ramsar Convention.
