The hotel is located directly in the center of Kassel, near a huge shopping complex with shopping malls and department stores.
rooms
The rooms are very spacious and designed in a classic modern way, with beige carpets and light brown furniture. The colour scheme is bright and the windows are big which gives the room a warm and bright atmosphere. The bathrooms are also spacious, functional and very clean.
restaurant
The restaurant with wintergarten offers local and international cuisine to a very high standard. Moevenpick has its own food range and is world famous for its coffee and ice-cream.
exterior
A very modern white/beige stone building with a huge glass arcade front which is also the entrance to the "Kurfuersten galerie" a famous shopping department store in Kassel.
lobby
The lobby is very spacious and elegant with dark floor tiles and round reception desks. There are several plants and in the left corner there is a leather seating area.
general
This is a superb hotel for the traveller who wants to visit all famous museums, the city and make the most of the public transport as every tram stops at the square in front of the hotel. 0906SO
