generalA beautiful hotel typical of the luxury properties owned and operated by this hotel chain. It offers fantastic views over the river and surrounding parkland ensuring a calm and relaxing atmosphere in which to stay. A sauna and refreshing pool, as well as a solarium and gym are available in the hotel for all guests.
lobbyThe lobby illustrates the high degree of craftsmanship that was incorporated into designing and constructing the hotel back in 1870. There is considerable use of marble, high-grade wood and cut glass chandeliers all of which creates a very special welcoming atmosphere.
exteriorA beautiful and classical designed building of the late 19th Century.
restaurantA stylish dining room is the venue for where breakfast is served. The hotel is also home to an English Pub called the Bishops Arms, which is located to the side of the hotel. It is popular with guests and locals alike and offers a great selection of beers and whiskies, as well as good quality food.
