Partial Ocean View rooms are located on the sides of the Bay Tower and offer a partial view of the ocean from the guestroom lanai. Each guestroom offers 390 square feet of living space with one king or two double beds, mini refrigerator, coffee-tea maker and more. Hawaiian decor. The Bay Tower is the north building closest to the village of Kailua-Kona and was refurbished in 2001.
