The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and wooden sun deck all with views of the lagoon. The pool is lit up in the evening and a popular place to enjoy a 'sundowner' drink. Guests can access all of the Quays excellent bars and restaurants by walking straight through the pool and sun deck area. With one of the best locations in Knysna the Knysna Quays is an excellent place to enjoy the town's best attractions. (AHJ0509)

The medium size lobby is bright with large windows offering lots of natural light. The whole look is modern with tiled flooring and a long sleek reception desk to the left as you enter the hotel.

The bright breakfast area has wooden flooring and as with the rest of the hotel a nautical theme. The restaurant only offers breakfast - no lunch or dinner, however guests can order food from their rooms from a number of restaurants in the Knysna Quays Waterfront.
