generalA really pleasant hotel in the middle of town, perfectly positioned for those wanting to be close to the waterfron. The Log Inn has a small well maintained garden and a very nice heated outdoor pool, wooden sundeck, jacuzzi and sauna, The conference center in the hotel can seat up to 120 delegates and there is parking. lobbyAn atrium dominated by the huge wood columns, slate floor and abundance of wood! The wood reception desk is to the right as you enter and the central staircase straight ahead with the shop and restaurant to the left. The lobby is bright as the stained glass windows throws in light at the top of the atrium.
exteriorBuilt entirely out of yellowwood this unique hotel is 3 storeys tall with impressive timber columns supporting the frame. There are large windows offering lots of light in to the hotel's main entrance.
restaurantTribes, the hotel restaurant serves exceptional African style food from breakfast through to elegant dining in the evening. There is a good wine menu and a fire place offering a warm and cosy atmosphere in the evening.
