The hotel is located in Kumamoto City. It takes about one hour and forty minutes from Tokyo and 1 hour and five minutes from Osaka by airplane. Limited express trains run between Hakata and Kumamoto, approximately one hour and twenty minutes each way. It is forty minutes driver from Kumamoto Airport and five minutes drive from JR Kumamoto Station.

The rooms are medium in size and they are all in very good condition and comfortably equipped with contemporary style offering a warm atmosphere. All semi-double rooms have one 120cm width bed.
