Overall this is a pleasant hotel enjoying a good standard of service. HO 11.08

The lobby is large and in need of renovation. The lobby adjoins the bar and dining room. The lobby features an ornate ceiling, chandeliers and traditional decor.

A white elegant grand building.
restaurant
On same level as lobby. Groups may eat in the adjoining sister hotel The Grand Pupp, as can the individual traveller wishing for a finer dining experience.
rooms
The rooms are nice and in good condition after a recent refurbishment. Some are equipped with bath tubs and others with showers. Room size also varies from larger than average rooms to quite small rooms suitable for only 1 person.

Situated in the centre of the picturesque spa town of Karlovy Vary.
