roomsAll the rooms are very large, comfortable, and in very good condition as are the bathrooms. Decor is modern throughout in keeping with the rest of the hotel with light colours being used.
restaurantThe popular restaurant situated on the ground floor is very modern in design and serves a high standard of international cuisine.
exteriorA modern, purpose-built light brown brick building.
lobbyLarge in size and very modern in design and decor. It is open plan with stone tiled flooring. As in many deluxe modern hotels in South Africa, all the floors have a view of the lobby so guests can see from the top to ground floor giving it a light, bright and airy feel. It also incorporates a large conservatory area where guests can sit relax, have a drink or a light snack. This is served by a tea/coffee bar. There are discreet reception and concierge desks on either side of the hotel entrance both of which are furnished in dark wood with black marble.
generalOne of the best hotels in the Johannesburg area with services to match its good reputation. The spa, pool, and beauty therapy facilities are amongst the best in the city. The hotel is also right next to Johannesburg's best curio and African Art market held at weekends. (Ro 07/06)
