restaurantAt L'Horizon, whether you dine in one of the two superb, award-winning restaurants, in one of the private dining rooms, or in your own room, you'll enjoy food that is as light and full of sunlight as your surroundings.
Fresh local fish and seafood feature prominently in menus that are imaginative as well as mouthwatering, but you'll also find such succulent delicacies as Gressingham Duck and Aberdeen Angus beef.
The hotel serves such traditional dishes as deep-fried fish and chips, and much of the exquisite food is prepared by our chef and his team, with delicate spices that add a subtle twist to the dishes.
exteriorSteeped in history the house originally belonged to George Hicks, a Colonel in the Bengal Army and Grandfather of the famous actor-writer Sir Seymour Hicks, who built London's Globe Theatre. The hotel is set across 3 floors with a distinctive white presence. The hotel is set on the beach's promenade offering fantastic views across the bay.

generalGuests can choose to work out in the hotel's fully equipped gymnasium, or just chill out, by putting yourself in the staff's capable hands and pampering yourself with a range of luxurious beauty treatments. The hotel's extensive Health and Leisure boasts - an indoor sea water swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and steam room and air conditioned gym.
Please note: Adult only swimming times are between the hours of 12 noon and 2pm and then again from 7pm onwards. During these times, no children under the age of 12 are allowed in the swimming pool.
This hotel is one of the best on the island, which is constantly maintained to a high-standard by the hotel's owners Handpicked Hotels. It provides an elegant and relaxed atmosphere for which to enjoy a short break or a fantastic holiday. The hotel is generally modern in design but finished to a high standard with elegant features.
