The contemporary bedrooms are decorated to a high standard. Units are medium-sized and incorporate a modern style with dark wooden accents. Rooms vary in colour from earthy beiges and chocolate browns to more vibrant twists of green.Each of the rooms offer a premium luxury standard, all of these boast large feather beds and stylish ottomans, bed linen of the highest quality,generous pillows and lavish soft furnishings. Designer desks and chairs, task lighting schemes and LCD TVs also come as 'standard'.

The hotel is situated on the main Esplanade in St. Helier, opposite Elizabeth Castle. The hotel is ideally placed for the shops of St Helier, the beach, and the many carefully tended parks. The hotel enjoys fantastic views across the sea and harbour at the front, whilst the rear overlooks a park.

The lobby is large and elegantly decorated in rich colours which make it look very cosy. There is a large lounge off the lobby where you can sit in the conservatory and relax. A selection of light snacks and high tea is served daily.

This is a large impressive traditional building which was built in 1891 and overlooks the famous landmark Elizabeth Castle. Fantastic al fresco dining is available weather permitting at the front of the hotel, enjoying fantastic sea views.

In keeping with the rest of hotel the main restaurant provides a selection of the finest quality foods and wines in luxurious and stylish surroundings. Master Chef Albert Roux along with local Chef Adrian Doonlan source the best and finest local produce to ensure that your dining experience is one never to be forgotten.
