The hotel is located in Laleli area where most of the sight seeing hot spots are situated, it is within a walking distance from the Grand Bazaar and from the Ramada hotel containing the only casino in Laleli. It is located in a side street from the main road in Laleli where public transport and metro run.

The hotel has very pleasent rooms, all big in size. Well painted and well furnished too. The rooms provide a certain degree of luxury and comfort.

The main restaurant in the hotel has a very good lighting system suiting the the decor of the restaurant. It serves good variety of local and international cuisine.

The hotel looks like a residential block situated in a residential street.

Very delicate lobby located on the first floor and reached by escalator. It is furnitured and decorated with a modern style. It is attached to a coffee shop which is giving the public area more lively atmosphere.
