generalHakodate city is well known for seafood and sushi, especially for tuna, squid, salmon cavier, sea urchin and crab. And it was also the first city in Japan opened it's port for foreign trade in 1854 and had been the biggest city in Hokkaido before the Great Hakodate Fire in 1934. This is an unique city showing historical and cultural interestings. The hotel is one of the good selection to stay both for business and leisure travelers due to it's ideal location and friendly services. (11/11 YT)
lobbyThe lobby is small in size and simply decorated with modern furnitures.
exteriorIt is a 11-storey modern slender building, red-brick in color.
restaurantNo restaurant and bar is available in the hotel. The daily breakfast will be served at the breakfast lounge.
roomsAll standard rooms are small in size but decorated with modern stylish furnitures. They are all equipped with modern facilities and amenities, including a hair dryer, a refrigerator and video on demand entertainment system (charged) etc. The complimentary high speed internet access is also available. Double rooms and semi-double rooms are also small in size. They have only one bed, in 140cm width in double room and in 123cm width in semi-double room. Bathroom is small but clean and kept in excellent condition.
locationThe hotel is situated only a few minutes walking distance from JR Hakodate Train Station. From Hakodate Airport, it takes about 20 minutes drive by car and 30 minutes by public bus transportation. The famous morning market, where you will find fresh seafood and local specialities, is also within short walking distance. There is a tram station near the hotel and it provides easy access to many tourist attractions such as Hakodate Yama and Goryokaku.
