The hotel is located three kilometers from Hiroshima station. Shopping areas, as well as the Peace Memorial park can all be accessed on foot.

The rooms are simply decorated and in good condition, with amenities and LAN connection for the Internet. The bathrooms are also clean and in good condition. The hotel has an ecology program for both the bathroom and the rooms to encourage guests to be more environmentally aware. Vending machines and ice machines are available for clients use. All double rooms have one semi doble bed(120 cm width)

The hotel has one restaurant that is light and pleasant for breakfast or enjoying light snacks and meals.

The hotel building is new. The light brown building is modern in style.
