Pleasantly decorated in typical East-China style with a grand landscaped Gardens, the Shangri-la hotel consists of two main buildings, together with a large convention center and cluster of villas.

All rooms are large sized with full facilities. They are nicely decorated in a modern Chinese style and kept in very good condition. Some rooms feature great lake view.

Situated on the north west shore of the scenic West Lake, the hotel is within minutes' walk from the famous Louwailou Restaurant and about five minutes' drive to the city center.
