The hotel is located in the centre of bustling Hat Yai, the commercial and shopping hub of southern Thailand. Near the central department store and also nearby the Santisuk Night Market renowed for its wide variety of electrical good as well as street stalls selling a rich variety of fruits at attractive prices.

Rooms are a mix of superior, deluxe and suite. Each room are medium sized with minibar, colour televisions and etc. All rooms are fully renovated with partial carpet and light yellow tile floor. They are all in semi-contemporary style with dark brown furniture. Bathrooms are medium sized in good condition and very modernly decorated.

Restaurants provide contemporay Chinese-Japanese-Thai cuisine and International menus at the coffee shop.

It is modern building in concrete and glass.
lobby
The lobby is large with ample seating. There are separate checkin for individual guest as well as group or VIP checkin on the opposite side. Plenty of comfortable sofa seating in the middle.
