The Partenkirchner Hof stands in a peaceful setting in the heart of the Garmisch surrounded by two gardens. It is only three minutes away from the train station.
general
Partenkirchner Hof has a fantastic location to explore the city center of Garmisch and Partenkirchen and excellent service and a great restaurant. 0907 hm
lobby
The lobby is medium sized but cosy with many oriental carpets on the tiled floor, comfortable chairs and paintings hanging on the walls.
exterior
It is built in a typical chalet style and consists of three interconnected buildings. The facade is mainly of exposed, beautifully carved wood with wide eves and pretty flower boxes.
restaurant
The renowned gourmet restaurant is traditional in decor. There is also a less formal cellar bar serving Bavarian specialities.
rooms
The bedrooms are differently furnished in each building and majority of rooms are Junior Suites. The first one houses the very new modern rooms, furnished with pale wood furniture to a very high standard. In the second building twin rooms can be found which are furnished in dark varnished wood. The last building houses large apartments furnished in Bavarian wood style. All the rooms are in very good condition, ( as are the bathrooms) and all are large. Many rooms also benefit from balconies and spectacular views of the snow-capped mountains surrounding Garmisch.
