restaurantA buffet breakfast is served in pleasant small dining rooms or in the garden during warm summer months. Located in an old oil mill, the building of the IL MOLINO restaurant dates back to the 14th century. The views of walls from the Roman period and a large fireplace in the dining room contribute in creating warm and pleasant surroundings. The dining room can seat around 100 people and in the summer one can also enjoy the open-air terrace. The dishes worth trying are based on traditional Umbrian cooking. The flavour of truffles from Norcia, cep mushrooms, pulses, game in the winter, wild asparagus and mountain herbs give the cooking its character. So, tradition combined with reelaboration and a lot of inventiveness give all the dishes a distinctive taste.
