Edgecliff is a suburb just east of Sydney's CBD, about 15~20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus or train. The hotel is located on the New South Head Road. It is 2 minute walk from Edgecliff train station and Edgecliff shopping centre, 10 minute walk to Rushcutters Bay park, CYC yacht club and Double Bay. 2 train stops to the city centre, and only 1 stop to Bondi Junction and Kings Cross.

Rooms are small with showers and have a hair dryer. Air conditioning, iron and ironing board, TV. They are kept clean.

There is no restaurant, but there is a small breakfast room. There are many restaurants and cafe's not far from the hotel.
