The hotel is located in Deira, closely situated to the Maktoum Bridge and roughly a ten minutes drive from Dubai International airport and the Dubai World Trade Centre. It's location also is still within easy reach of Dubai's main shopping and entertainment areas.

The medium sized rooms are spacious and decorated with simple, yet trendy furnishings. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, high-speed Internet access, cable TV with 40+ international channels, electronic safe and mini bar. The bathroom is clean and well maintained.

The hotel has a Thai cuisine restaurant, a lobby cafe and a Filipino night-club. There is also a pool bar that serves snacks and a mix of beverages.
