The impressive lobby is large and has plenty of elegant seatings. It has a high ceiling with a large atrium.On the ground floor you will also find the ballroom with spectacular glass chandeliers. To the right of the lobby is the comfortable lobby bar.
exterior
The hotel is a new landmark on the skyline of the city. It' s an impressive 34 storey modern red/brown building with four towers. The design of the building is based on the Arabian wind tower or Barajeel. At night time the hotel covers itself in different colours created by a lightshow.

The hotel offers a choice of 12 dining and entertainment venues. Like a multi menu restaurant showcasing 8 kitchens with international flavours from Asia through to Europe, a restaurant offering premium ranched beef and hand-selected seafood, a restaurant offering Provencal cuisine from the South of France, a cafe-deli, juice bar, al Forno restaurant, cigar bar, lobby bar and a club.
