The building is a high rise building with large windows and white in colour and red window covers.

The restaurant is on the ground floor past the bar which is adjacent to the lobby. The restaurant is decorated in a light warm colour scheme with wooden floor boards and offers a local and international cuisine.

The bedrooms are plain with wood features. They are light and airy due to the size of the windows.They are very modern and designed in a Boutique style with very trendy furniture and colours. Bedrooms and bathrooms are in very good condition and nicely decorated. The rooms and bathrooms are very stylish.
location
The hotel is situated just outside the inner city centre near the business centre with easy access to the motorway network. Fair tram stop "Aachener Strasse/Guertel" is a two minute walk from the hotel and the lines 1 and 2 go directly to the fair ground. Journey time is about twenty minutes. It is not far from the "Ringe" with the famous "Rudolfplatz" and all the other squares.
