locationFreycinet Lodge can be reached from Launceston, via Lake Leake (2 1/2 hours drive). A spectacular view of 'The Hazards' on Freycinet Peninsula from a lookout north of Cranbrook. Through Coles Bay township to the entrance to Freycinet National Park. The Lodge is 2 km from the entrance to the National Park. Activities: bird watching, history & nature of Freycinet, bush survival, rock pool & sea life search, sunset, 4WD tours, Wineglass Bay tour, walks, as well as outstanding food & wines.
roomsThe two rooms cabins are large and consist of lounge/sitting area and main bedroom. Bedding configuration is one king-size bed in the main bedroom and a single bed & two bunk beds in the second room. Features ensuite bathroom, private balcony and a kitchenette.
restaurantThe Bay Restaurant, located in the main Lodge building has a stunning view of Great Oyster Bay. Opens daily for breakfast and dinner. Richardson's has views of Coles Bay. Opens 10 am daily serving snacks, light lunches. In the summer months, opens for dinner as well.
