On arrival at the property there is a phone where you can call the sister property (The Lakes) to receive a four digist code to unlock the safe to collect your arrival pack that will contain your room key. An arrival pack will only be left in the safe if you advise the hotel in advance that you will be arriving outside of reception hours.
