Relax and enjoy the sounds of nature in this secluded resort that is only 20 minutes from Cairns. It's an absolute gem, and one of tropical north Queensland's best kept secrets. MN0908.

The lobby offers a welcoming introduction to the oasis nestled beyond. Reception is open 24 hours, and you will also see a small boutique shop and tour desk located next to it. There is plenty of seating available, and beyond the lobby is a guest lounge area with computer terminals and wireless internet, board games, and newspapers.

Set in tropical gardens with accommodation in bungalows that blend into the surrounding rainforest. A short walk through the rainforest will lead you down to a picturesque, wind swept beach fringed with coconut palms. There you will find a small, unassuming beach shack, offering light meals and sunset cocktails daily. There are also several outdoor, lagoon style swimming pools dotted throughout the property, providing a safe alternative to ocean swimming during stinger season.
restaurant
The open air restaurant offers a tranquil venue for dining in the rainforest. It's a unique experience where the symphony of sounds coming from the rainforest makes you accutely aware of your surroundings. The menu offers a range of cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced produce.
