It is located at Joao Fernand beach, one of the most beautiful beach in Buzios.

Most of the rooms are medium to large in size in very good condition. All rooms have balconies and most of them have sea view. They are fully equipped with air conditioning, colour TV., mini bar and safe. They are tastefully decorated in the Buzios architectural style, with exposed wooden beams, hand painted furniture and local handcraft.

There is an open restaurant / snack bar and serves intl and local cuisine.
