generalThe hotel has a limited number of paid parking spaces on-site and there is also plenty of street parking very close by. It also has a sea-facing lounge open 24 hours and a separate Night Club Fri/ Sat (fully sound proofed).
From the M23/ A23 follow the signs for the sea front. Keep going until you see the Brighton Pier in front of you, then turn left and you will find the hotel 300 metres on your left hand side. (10/05IT)

exteriorA grade II listed building kept in excellent condition.
restaurantThe hotel does not serve evening meals as there are pleanty of top class restaruants in the near vacinity. An excellent Full English Breakfast is served with is famous in the area.
roomsThe hotel has 34 modern rooms are simply but stylishly decorated. They all have their own bathroom/ shower rooms, TV and tea & coffee making facilities. This is a 4 star diamond property with a 3 star hotel equilivent standard.
