This is a fantastic hotel for the individual traveller, due to its fantastic location.
lobby
The lobby is medium sized and pleasantly light due to the full length windows with views over the main square in front of the attractive old station. It is simply decorated in beige, blue and white.
exterior
This is a large fronted, modern, seven storey building with a white facade.
restaurant
The restaurant is situated on the first floor and is like the rooms, also decorated in understated but attractive Mercure style with simple, modern furniture.
rooms
The bedrooms are large and simply decorated in pale colours typical of the Mercure chain. The furniture is modern and there is plenty of natural light from the large windows. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in exceptional condition.
location
The Mercure hotel is located opposite the main train station just a few minutes walk from the city centre.
