The motel is conveniently located within short walking distance of Central Station and the Roma St Transit Centre.

All rooms offer reverse cycle air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities, refrigerator, 51cm Sony remote TV, free in-house film channels, direct dial ISDN and STD telephone with voice mail, writing desk and private balcony. Some rooms have a data point for laptop computers, and are available on request. Full menu room service is also available.
