Rooms vary in size each with microwave, sink, crockery and cutlery, fridge, mini bar, television and compact disc player. Medium sized rooms are in a good condition depicting an older style, with nice bathrooms.

This is a redevelopment of an Anzac Square building (formerly used as Government offices) completed in granite and sandstone. This hotel is Heritage listed and can be compared to the style of New York's Fifth Avenue hotels.

The hotel has a magnificently restored, medium sized lobby, featuring a Queensland marble interior and Jarra bookcases filled with a variety of books lining the walls, which help to create a warm, intimate feel. Ornate ceilings add to the character of this impressive old building.
