Daily complimentary shuttle bus service is available to various popular spots in Bangkok city, such as the Pratunam local market, Emporium department store and the MBK department store. The marble lobby is on two levels, with a separate group lobby at ground level. The Roman-style columns in the upper lobby, along with the huge central chandelier, give the lobby a very grand feel.

The exterior is a 24-storey modern rectangular white concrete high-rise.

The hotel has five main restaurants, featuring international Chinese, Japanese, Thai and seafood menus. The lobby lounge and sky lounge offer host a trio band and piano for guest enjoyment.

The superior rooms are large and nicely decorated. Furniture is modern teakwood, and amenities are standard to an international first-class hotel. Deluxe rooms are similarly decorated; however, they are double the size of superior rooms. The hotel also offers a family room with three solid queen-size beds. Guests are automatically upgraded to a family room if they request a triple room. In-room Internet access is available for guests on the business and premier floors.
location
The hotel is located just off Rama IX road and close to the new business district of Rachadapisek. The hotel is minutes away from the expressway network. Within 10 minutes walk from the hotel is the famous nightlife area of Royal City Avenue (RCA), with its range of pubs and restaurants. The nearest subway access is the Rama IX station.
