The building is adjacent to the Holiday Inn City East, within easy reach of the centre of Berlin. There's good public transport nearby with the tram stop Hohenschoenhauser Strasse just outside the property. Underground and S-Bahn are within 20 minutes walk, or 4 stops on the tram.

All apartments are very spacious are furnished in a modern style with all amenities like hairdryer, TV and direct dial telephone. Daily cleaning is available at extra cost. Both, rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
