The hotel is located in the fashionable Malone Road area of Belfast, just a short distance from the city centre and university.

The rooms are all modern in design and of a high standard. All have the facilities one would expect from this standard of hotel such as tea coffee making equipment, trouser press etc.
restaurant
There is a small restaurant that is very popular with local artists and serves light snacks and a variety of local dishes. There is also a more formal dining area where breakfast is served and an a la carte menu is available.
exterior
The building is set in its own small grounds and surrounded by trees.
lobby
The lobby is very large and welcoming. The big brown leather sofas that one can sink into gives an almost homely feeling.
