Once you have made the booking, please inform us about your expected arrival time in Barcelona. If you don?t know yet, contact the apartments at least one week in advanced. VERY IMPORTANT: You must call us on the phone number that appears on your confirmation email upon arrival (0034 93 3238790) at the airport in order to follow the check- in instructions. The check- in is done with automatic express check-in machine, located in the building. There are lockers for the luggage. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required for all bookings. This deposit is payable at check-in and returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked. For reservations of 2 apartments or more the deposit will be 250 euros. 24 hours Customer Service offered and one free cleaning service for stays of 7 or more nights.
