The hotel is centrally located directly opposite the famous Festspielhaus and only a few minutes walk away from the Kurhaus, Casino and shopping area. A bus and train links are also directly outside the hotel for easy access from the centre of town or the airport.
rooms
The rooms are medium sized with wooden furniture and are basic in decor. Very large windows give the rooms a bright atmosphere. Rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition, the bathrooms have a modern black and white tiled design.
restaurant
The breakfast room iencorporates some of the original architecture of this house built in 1824, with the wooden floor and old supporting pillars. It is located on the ground floor. There is also a Italian restaurant linked directly to the hotel which also serves traditional Italian cuisine.
exterior
A four storey building that fuses the modern with the original build of the hotel. Located outside is a terrace area where you can enjoy the sites and sounds of the Festspielhaus.
lobby
The reception area is small and located down the entrance hallway to the building and directly after the breakfast room.
