This property is located 4.5km south of Alice Springs, in a stunning outback setting. The hotel's courtesy bus shuttle takes guests to Alice Springs and back. Next door is a Caravan Park and 3 acres of tent sites. Great spot for lovers of scenic walks, this is the perfect position to explore both the town and surrounding Outback areas including the spectacular McDonnell Ranges, Stanley Chasm and Simpson's Gap. The airport is approximately 20 minutes drive.

The Kitchenette rooms are of medium size with ensuite bathrooms and have limited cooking facilities. They offer free In House movies, air conditioning. Interconnecting rooms are available on request.

The Heavitree Gap Tavern has a Bistro serving Australian Cuisine. There is also a Barbecue where guests can cook their own. The Olde Alice Bar and Function Centre is the in-house bar with Alice Springs memorabilia. There is a Supermarket with take away food, a bottle shop on the property as well.
