We recommend this property for its quality and location, just 50 metres from the beach and close to the bars, restaurants and shops of the area. The facade of this hotel is modern with a grey sand stone colour.

The restaurant is located by the pool, it is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style and has plenty of natural light coming through its large windows. The menu offered consists of both traditional and international cuisine. There is also a small cafeteria serving light meals throughout the day.
rooms
All rooms have recently been refurbished to offer more comfort. Bathrooms have marble throughout and the rooms are equipped with satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning/central heating, internet connection, safety deposit box. The rooms also boast a large balcony, most of them have sea view.
location
The hotel is located in Playa de San Juan, just a few minutes drive from Alicante city centre and 50 metres from San Juan sandy beach. Closed to various entertainment areas, via tramway from Alicante-Denia, only 70 meters far and Alicante bus stop in the door of the hotel for the bus line 21 and 22. Only 300 meters far from the golf course "Alicante Golf",and 300 meters far from Arena Alicante Sport Center where you can relax and enjoy of the SPA area. The hotel is just a few minutes from "La Ciudad de la Luz", Alicante University, "El Altet" international airport, "IFA" exhibition center, "Terra M tica" and "Terra Natura".
