The hotel is located on South Terrace, overlooking Adelaide parkland and the picturesque hills beyond. The Adelaide Central Markets are a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is situated on the edge of the city centre and it is an easy 10-15 minute walk to popular shopping and dining precincts.

Rooms are medium in size, comfortable and clean. They are in a reasonable condition and suitable for a budget traveller. There is free car parking directly in front of each motel room. All rooms have air-conditioning, ensuite with shower only, iron and ironing board, either a double bed or 1 double + 1 single bed.
