locationThe hotel is well located in the Central Business District. It is just 500 metres from the Convention Centre, 500 metres from the train station and 500 metres from the Casino & Festival Hall. Rundle Mall is also about 500 metres or a 10 minute walk.
roomsAll guest rooms are non-smoking and of reasonable good size. The room has either a queen bed or 2 single beds. It features a work desk, a sofa bed, internet facilities, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a hair-dryer and shower over the bathtub.
restaurantThe hotel has one restaurant and one cocktail bar. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast and a-la-carte dinner. The bar is an ideal venue for a quiet drink and to meet friends for cocktails or coffee. The bar has wireless broadband.
exteriorThe hotel is a 12 storey white tower. It is set back a bit from Hindley street, although not obvious to those entering the building.
lobbyThe entrance to the hotel is on Hindley Street and Sebastiyans Cocktail Bar is located at the forefront with the reception area at the far end. There is some seating available in the lobby area.
